What makes it worth it – and what doesn’t

The room was clean, the breakfast had nice presentation, and the staff were super friendly, especially Rachel, who helped my dog during a stressful moment. Truly wonderful service!

Security was a concern. I felt uneasy over unlocked doors, and housekeeping cleanliness was inconsistent, including serious hygiene issues that need to be addressed immediately.

We loved the clean room and how nice the breakfast was! The friendly staff made checking in easy, which is always a plus when traveling with four kids. Plus, having a comfy mattress made it easier to rest after long days.

In my children’s opinion, it would be great to have more activities available for families (games, maybe? ) to keep them entertained during our stay.

Tried out Cafe Platano and wow, they nailed the breakfast! Then we hit up Mikasa Japanese Bistro for some bomb sushi. As for the hotel, the King Suite was spacious, which was awesome for our family.

The heater was more of a noisy monster than a comfort, and the bed had these creaky metal parts that ruined the vibe at bedtime. Just needed some TLC on maintenance.

However, the door to our room was a significant issue. it wouldn’t lock properly without lifting it, which was concerning. In the morning, we struggled to open the door again, highlighting a safety risk if an emergency arose. The staff seemed indifferent when we reported this problem, which was disappointing.

I stayed here for 2 nights and was really pleased. The room was super clean, the bed felt nice, and breakfast had good options! One staff member, Rachel, was a lifesaver when my dog got lost. She was super kind and really made a stressful situation easier. Just wish the front desk girl with the butterfly tattoos was more helpful. 😅
